Jason Bostic

Scholar, facilitator, Salzburg Global Fellow, and justice advocate double majoring in Psychology and African American Studies at Columbia GS. As Program Coordinator at the Center for Justice, he leads the Justice Ambassadors Program — bridging government leaders and system-impacted youth to co-create policy, producing over 11 recommendations to date. Lead Facilitator at Brownsville Community Justice Center, Brownsville In Violence Out, Man Up Inc., and Bro Experience, developing conflict resolution training for rival street groups across NYC. Research Assistant in the Social Relations Lab co-authoring studies on social network resilience among former street-affiliated youth. Recipient of the Change Agent Award, Open Society Foundation, and Dean Peter J. Awn Scholarships. Featured in FOX 5, WBAI, Gothamist, and Unlikely Collaborators.

Jonathan Wrenn

Columbia GS student studying Computer Science, previously a Justice-in-Education Scholar. Recipient of the Columbia Change Agent Award for impactful contributions to equity, inclusion, and social justice. Mentors students navigating higher education through From Prison Cells to PhD and serves as a Teaching Assistant with Justice Through Code. Has served as a Student Board Member with The Remedy Project, an Agent of Change with FailSafe-ERA supporting formerly incarcerated individuals, and a Community Advisory Board Member with Resilience Education. Passionate about building pathways for system-impacted people into education and opportunity.

Columbia GS student studying statistics and computer science with a long-standing interest in entrepreneurship. Grateful for the opportunity that education has given him to grow and create new possibilities.

Dominic Dupont, Treasurer

Treasurer

Dominic Dupont

Criminal justice reform advocate, mentor, and public speaker dedicated to empowering communities impacted by incarceration. A Brooklyn native sentenced to 25-to-life at 19, he used his time in prison to earn a degree in psychology, direct the Youth Assistance Program, and facilitate violence-reduction workshops. Governor Cuomo granted him executive clemency in 2017 after more than 20 years. Now a national voice for reform, Dupont serves as Program Director for Making Kids Win and is an Open Society Foundations Scholar at Columbia GS studying sociology and public policy. Featured on NPR, The Tamron Hall Show, and the Emmy-nominated HBO documentary Raised in the System. Recipient of a citation from Assemblywoman Zinerman and a proclamation from Senator Brisport for his work with Project Restore Bed-Stuy.

Joyce Kamdem

Financial Economics and Sociology major at Columbia University and member of the 2026 cohort of the Special Program in Business Management. As a Columbia University Business Scholar (CUBS), Joyce conducts research under Professor Rebecca Ponce de Leon on the social and ideological factors influencing organizational diversity and equality. Also contributes to experimental studies on human behavior at the Behavioral Research Lab. Serves as a note taker at the Center for Justice, supporting initiatives aimed at transforming the justice system and uplifting system-impacted individuals.
